The Mile Oak youth annex, located at Mile Oak recreation ground, is the venue for the Mazeley youth club.
The annex, which opened its doors in 2005, is owned by Fazeley Town Council and the youth club is run by Staffordshire Young People’s Service.

Tuesdays 17:00 – 18:00 – Girls club (10 – 16 years)
Tuesday 18:30 – 21:00 – open access club (11 – 16 years)
Thursday 18:30 – 20:30 – 15+ Club (15 – 19 years)
